3. Quotes, Scheduling & Access

  1. All quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

  2. The client must provide safe and timely access to the facility, equipment, and relevant documentation.

  3. Delays caused by site readiness, access restrictions, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information provided to us is accurate and complete
  • Equipment is properly installed before testing
  • Utilities required for testing are operational
  • Safety standards are followed at the facility

We are not responsible for failed certifications caused by improper installation, maintenance issues, or non-compliant equipment.

5. Reports & Certifications

  1. Test reports and certifications reflect conditions only at the time of inspection.

  2. Any modification, relocation, repair, or environmental change may invalidate certification.

  3. Reports may not be altered, edited, or reused without written permission from the Company.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Payment terms are defined in the invoice or service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • The Company may suspend services for unpaid balances

All payments are non-refundable once testing services have been performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, documents, and testing methodologies are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for:
